Hat’s off to our chef! Summit’s Director of Food Services, Christopher Unold, was featured in an article for Food Service Director magazine. Mr. Unold was interviewed about battling residential dining challenges.
“While I may be responsible for fewer students than a director running a multi-school operation in a large district, our choices affect the majority of each student’s weekly intake, and that’s a big responsibility,” said Mr. Unold. He has proudly served the Summit community for the last 17 years.
