As explained in the Medical Care section, you are responsible for the costs of any medical care your child receives while at Summit (such as doctors' fees, lab work, and prescriptions).
Upon admission, we will take your child's insurance information, including duplicates or photocopies of any insurance or drug cards.Ê When your child receives medical services, we will pass this insurance information to the service provider for billing purposes.Ê Any balance due, including deductibles, copayments, or services not covered by your insurance plan, remains your responsibility.
