Within one week of the pre-placement interview, the admissions team meets to discuss the issues presented by the application and to decide if Summit can intervene productively.ĂSIf an application is rejected at this stage, we will make a recommendation for alternative referral.
When an applicant is accepted, a letter of acceptance is sent to his or her parents.ĂSWith the letter, we enclose the following forms:
- Physical Exam
- Immunizations
- Insurance
- Lab Work
- Medication History
- Parents' Consent
These forms should be completed and returned to Summit before the day of admission.
